I certainly don’t pretend to be a book blogger (there are so many good ones out there) but I thought I’d share the books I read in 2020 because who doesn’t have more time to read more these days?! I rated each book on a 5 star scale and gave my very brief thoughts on each.

- Conviction by Denise Mina → 4 Stars | Twisty Turny Mystery that follows a podcast (darker than you might imagine)
- Camino Island by John Grisham→ 4 Stars | Beachy Mystery about a group of authors
- Camino Winds by John Grisham → 3.5 Stars | Darker beachy mystery about the same group of authors
- Behind her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough → 2 Stars | Psychological Thriller with a disappointing ending (in my opinion)
- The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory → 2.5 Stars | Poolside Rom Com
- Normal People by Sally Rooney → 3.5 Stars | Makes you feel ALL the emotions and want to talk to someone about it
- Next Year in Havana by Chanel Cleeton → 5 stars | Family history leads to adventure in a country I knew nothing about
- The Person you Mean to Be by Dolly Chugh → 4 Stars | Smart & insightful dialogue about white privilege and how to be better
- The Vacationers by Emma Straub → 4 Stars | Family drama in a fun location (Honeymoon read #1)
- The Last House Guest by Megan Miranda→ 4.5 Stars | Vacation town murder mystery (Honeymoon read #2)
- The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley → 4 Stars | Cozy winter resort turns to deadly murder mystery
- The Banker’s Wife by Cristina Alger → 4 Stars | Page turner corporate mystery
- Educated by Tara Westover → 3.5 Stars | Tough story that shows unbelievable resilience
…totalling 14 books for the year. My goal this next year is 25 – anything you’ve read that I shouldn’t miss?
